Cancellations + No Show Fees

  • By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a cancellation or no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value if canceled 24 hours or less before appointment

  • A no show fee or cancellation fee is something you formally agree to when booking, in leu of a deposit, as a time slot is being taken off the market for you

  • After a 10 minute grace period, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a “no show” and you will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you no show more than twice in a row, you will no longer have access to booking

  • No show or cancellation fees are never a “punishment” because something happened that was out of your control. They are the honoring of the financial conditions you agreed to when booking the appointment

  • Please remember, no one is trying to punish you by charging a fee Its your personal financial responsibility as an adult

  • Don’t Accept the cancellation/no show policy and book if you’re not ok with it

  • While on the topic- If you have a card on file that is expired, reported lost or stolen, etc. Please update your card information to a valid card. If your card does not go through when we process any fees. You will get a message/invoice which has to be paid before your next appointment.
