  • Each month’s payment is added to your Skyn Wallet as credit. You can use it toward any service, product, or sauna session. 

  • No — the balance does not expire. 

  • No problem — the balance rolls over and accumulates. 

  • Generally, the membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly noted. 

  • You may cancel at any time with **30 days’ notice. We do require a minimum 6 month commitment; and then after that you can cancel or pause at anytime.

  • Yes — you can apply your wallet credit toward any treatment, retail skincare product, or sauna session. You can also use your wallet credit to purchase a gift card.

  • The $20 Referral credits get added into your wallet as additional money; so it will just add to your balance. If you had $199 in your wallet and a referred person comes into the studio and does a service; then $20 will be added to the $199 = $219.

  • You can pay the difference with your preferred payment method at the time of booking or checkout.

  • If you Cancel or Pause your membership your accrued wallet balance will remain on your account until used.

  • Memberships are non transferrable*

  • The membership charges on the day you purchase and start membership* If you would like us to adjust the date of the membership- example run on the first or the 15th of the month; please email us at hello@theskyndistillery.com and we'll make the adjustment.

  • You can join through the membership link via our online booking system or do it in person at the studio.
